1. Candlelight Concert
The Candlelight Concerts offer a unique and enchanting experience, where music lovers can enjoy their favorite tunes in a magical, candlelit setting.
These concerts feature a wide range of music, from classical pieces by Mozart and Bach to modern hits from artists like Taylor Swift, Coldplay, and even anime themes.
The events are held in various beautiful venues across the city, creating an intimate and memorable atmosphere for attendees​​.
Each performance lasts about 60 minutes and takes place at different times, allowing for a flexible schedule.
The use of flameless candles ensures a safe and cozy environment while enhancing the overall ambiance.
These concerts are perfect for romantic dates or to celebrate a special event.
Providing a unique and immersive musical experience that is both visually and acoustically stunning​.
The performance that we watched was Disney Movies Soundtracks in the Longboat Hall near Dovercourt and Queen Street W.
It was a great experience, the musicians were extremely talented.

2. Arcadia Earth
Arcadia Earth is an immersive, eco-focused digital art exhibit located in The Well, a new mixed-use complex in the city.
This exhibit uses interactive projection mapping, augmented reality, and virtual reality.
Which highlights environmental issues and inspires visitors to take action toward a more sustainable future.
The exhibit features different rooms, each designed to provide a unique sensory experience.
From underwater coral reefs to interactive displays made out of fishing nets found in the oceans.
Notable installations include a throne made from electronic waste and a scent room that walks visitors through the pollination process of honey bees.
Also, visitors can use the Arcadia Earth app to enhance their experience by scanning checkpoints throughout the exhibit​.
They have tablets that you can borrow and use during your visit if you don’t have one.
Or simply want a larger screen to see the objects that appear on the screen after you scan the QR code.
Tickets for Arcadia Earth range from $24 to $39, with $2 from each ticket donated to WWF-Canada.
Keep in mind that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The exhibit is designed to be both educational and visually captivating, making it a fun experience for adults.

This unique mode of transport makes the tour extra fun, ensuring that you can cover more ground without getting tired of walking around.
While also learning about the district’s rich heritage and contemporary attractions.
We had a blast doing this Segway Tour, the tour guides were patient and showed us how to drive the Segway and navigate the streets.
Also, it wasn’t as hard as I expected it to be, after you get the hang of it, it is easy.
It is definitely fun to learn a new skill as well.

4. Illuminarium
lluminarium, situated in the historic Distillery District, offers a groundbreaking, multi-sensory experience combining cutting-edge technology with creative storytelling.
This immersive attraction, occupying a 16,500 square feet space, is the first of its kind in Canada and part of a larger global network.
The Illuminarium has two main shows suitable for all ages: “Space: A Journey to the Moon & Beyond”.
Which utilizes real imagery from the James Webb Telescope to take visitors on a journey through space.
And ” Lite Brite” which features thousands of colourful lights, an immersive narrative, and 12 gaming stations.
Both exhibits are designed to engage the senses through a mix of projection mapping, soundscapes, and interactivity.
Future plans for the Illuminarium include a variety of themed shows, such as safari, dinosaur adventures, and rock ‘n’ roll experiences, ensuring a dynamic and ever-evolving roster of attractions.
The Illuminarium aims to blur the lines between the physical and digital worlds, providing visitors with an unparalleled, immersive entertainment experience.

5. Museum of Illusions
The Museum of Illusions is a fascinating attraction that offers a unique and mind-bending experience for visitors of all ages.
Located at 132 Front Street East, it is part of the global Museum of Illusions network and features a variety of exhibits designed to challenge your perception of reality.
Key attractions include the Vortex Tunnel, which creates a disorienting experience as you walk through a rotating cylinder, and the Tilted Room, where objects appear to be tilted to the side.
My favorite room was the Upsidedown Subway (see below).
Visitors can expect to spend about an hour exploring the museum, with ample opportunities for memorable photos and interactive fun.
Tickets can be purchased online, and are $ 25.50 plus tax per adult.
It is open every day from 10 AM to 9 PM.
The museum is highly recommended for couples, groups, and anyone looking for a unique and entertaining outing in Toronto​.

6. IArts Museum
iArts Museum, located at 580 King Street West, is an innovative and immersive museum dedicated to the world of illusion art.

Each exhibit is designed to play with perception, creating a unique blend of art and interaction that blurs the lines between reality and illusion.
Visitors can expect to experience a variety of visual tricks and optical illusions, making it an engaging destination for adults.
The museum encourages a hands-on approach, allowing guests to step into the art pieces and capture memorable photos that play with perspective and depth.
The iArts Museum is ideal for couples, tourists, and art enthusiasts looking for a unique experience that combines creativity and fun.
Keep in mind that they are closed on Saturday. The entry ticket is $29.99 for an adult.
It provides a fresh take on traditional art exhibitions by emphasizing interaction and personal engagement.
Also, the staff was super friendly and helped us stand in the correct place and get the right angle.

7. Illumi (November to January)
Illumi, created by Cavalia, is a stunning nocturnal outdoor experience featuring more than 20 million LED lights across a 600,000-square-foot area.
The experience is located at 7174 Derry Crest Drive in Mississauga, Ontario.
This immersive light show offers 14 magical universes, each crafted with monumental light sculptures.
Creating a captivating and enchanting atmosphere for all visitors.
A highlight of the event is the Tree of Lights, a towering 47-meter structure made up of 44,000 interactive luminous spheres.
It is visible from kilometres away and serves as a beacon for the enchanting display.
The event runs on select dates from November to January, with entry times varying based on sunset hours.
The general admission tickets are $34.95, with discounts available for seniors and children.
Also, they have food and drinks on sight in case you get hungry. Try the hot chocolate, it is really yummy! The soft pretzel and spicy cheese are super good too.
Dress warm as it is all outside – gloves, hats, etc. Also, wear comfortable winter shoes. There are a few areas to go inside and warm up as well.

8. Parkdale Pottery
Parkdale Pottery is a pottery studio located at 1688 Queen Street West and is a woman-owned small business.
It offers a range of classes and workshops suitable for all skill levels, from complete beginners to more advanced potters.
The studio aims to foster a vibrant community of artists by providing a nurturing environment where students can develop their skills and connect with others.
The studio offers a variety of classes, including single-taster sessions, multi-week courses, and specialized workshops.
In addition, Parkdale Pottery is staffed by experienced and passionate instructors.
They are committed to helping students realize their artistic visions.
We joined a Hand-Made Pottery Experience which is excellent for beginners. You will receive a large piece of clay and you can use it to create one large item or two small ones.
There is an instructor who will be there the whole time and will show you the techniques and tools to use.
Also, they will give you tips and advice on improving your pieces.
You will colour them as well and the staff will bake your creations.
Then you will be able to pick them up in about a month.
I was able to make a dog bowl and a small food bowl and my partner made a large jug with a handle.

9. Pedal Pub
A pedal pub experience in Toronto is an exhilarating way to explore the city’s downtown while enjoying a social outing with friends.
These pedal-powered bars, often called “party bikes,” combine the enjoyment of cycling with the fun of a pub crawl.
Typically accommodating up to 15 people, these mobile pubs are guided by a knowledgeable driver.
Who navigates through popular areas such as the Distillery District, King Street West, and Queen Street West.
Participants will pedal together, making stops at various bars, pubs and breweries, along the way.
Keep in mind that you are not allowed to drink on the actual bike while pedalling on the streets.
This unique activity not only offers a fun way to see the city but also provides an engaging and interactive social experience.
With music, stops for drinks, and the camaraderie of friends, a pedal pub tour is a memorable way to enjoy Toronto’s drinking scene.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a fun outing, the pedal pub experience adds a refreshing twist to your Toronto adventures.
Also, be aware that people will stare at the pedal pub car and will be taking pictures and videos of it.
We had a great time, it was fun and we checked a few bars that I hadn’t been to before.
10. Catch A Baseball Game
Watching a Blue Jays game at the Rogers Centre is a fun experience that captures the essence of Toronto’s vibrant sports culture.
Nestled in the heart of downtown, the Rogers Centre, with its retractable roof and stunning views of the CN Tower, provides the perfect setting for a thrilling day of baseball.
Fans are treated to the energy of the crowd, the excitement of live play, and the opportunity to enjoy a variety of food and drinks from numerous concessions.
There are a lot of interesting food options at the stadium that are worth trying such as the poutine hotdog.
The stadium’s design ensures great sightlines from every seat, allowing fans to fully immerse themselves in the game.
Whether you’re a die-hard baseball enthusiast or simply looking for a fun outing, the combination of the lively atmosphere, passionate fans, and the beautiful setting makes watching a Blue Jays game at the Rogers Centre a memorable experience.
11. Bubble Planet
Bubble Planet is an immersive experience making its debut in Toronto at the Exhibition Hub on the Downsview Airport Lands.
Opening on August 8, 2024, this attraction is a whimsical, bubble-themed world designed to spark joy and imagination in both children and adults.
The experience takes visitors through a series of vibrant, sensory-rich environments, including life-sized bubble ball pits, an LED room, and multiple small rooms with props.
With over ten themed rooms, guests can explore a room full of large balloons (Bubble Ocean), a VR room ($5 dollars extra per person) and even take a virtual hot air balloon ride.

12. Neon Brush: Sip & Paint Workshop In The Dark
The Neon Brush: Sip & Paint Workshop in the Dark is a unique and creative experience where you can enjoy painting in a vibrant, blacklight-lit atmosphere.
The workshop is being housed at Peach Berserk art studio located at 1694 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M6R 1B3, Canada.
Also, the duration is an hr and a half. Keep in mind that the workshop is only offered on certain dates.
Using neon paints that glow under the UV lights, you can let your artistic side shine while sipping on your favorite beverages.
I got a glass of white wine.
The workshop provides all the materials you need, from brushes and canvases to neon paints and an apron, and is perfect for both beginners and experienced artists.
They have white and black canvases.
This social, interactive event offers a fun way to explore your creativity in a relaxed and engaging setting, making it a great choice for a night out with friends or a special event.
The combination of music, painting, and neon lights makes it feel more like a party than a typical art class.
The price is currently CA$49.00 plus a booking fee per ticket: CA$3.00 for a total of CA$52.00.
