I am an avid traveller, culinary globetrotter and once-in-a-lifetime experience seeker.
From the hot deserts of Dubai to the cobbled streets of Barcelona to the jungles of Panama, I am here to help fellow travellers with their travel planning.
Through my blog posts, I share my travel experiences, providing advice, insights and practical tips & tricks.
I have been passionate about travel ever since I was a kid and I am planning to continue traveling as much as possible in the future.
Traveling has taken me to over 30 countries around the whole world.
You gain invaluable knowledge and experience from seeing the world that nothing else can come even close to it.
Traveling has allowed me to see many breathtaking sights, learn about different cultures and meet new people.
I also love sipping a cocktail on a beautiful beach or exploring the streets of an old European town.
Besides travel, I love reading books, drinking strong coffee, & taking long walks with my dog.
I currently live in Toronto with my partner and our rescue dog Mali.
We can’t wait to travel more in 2024 and explore some amazing places.
About the Blog
The idea for this blog came up when my mom & my sister were packing for a trip to Cuba.
They hadn’t gone anywhere in a while & were struggling with preparation & packing.
Enter the Travel Addicted Unicorn!
I have had the opportunity to travel a lot & had some experience with travel prep.
With my help, they were able to organize themselves and had a seamless trip.
Later on, I was thinking that there might be other people who would be interested in my tips and tricks for traveling.
I have been travel blogging since 2019 and have written tons of useful content for my audience.
I hope to be able to help beginner travelers, especially women who are just starting to experience the life-changing freedom of traveling.
Also, to inspire them to get out of their comfort zone and see our beautiful world.
In the past 4+years, along with blogging, I have been working on a bunch of different projects.
I have found another passion of mine – design!!
Currently, learning how to use Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop to advance my design skills.
This is when TAU Designs came into the picture!!

I have opened my very own Etsy shop, where I have a variety of digital products for my fellow travellers and travel bloggers.
Some of the products are Lightroom Presets, Social Media Templates, and Printables.
Recently, I have created some Merch on Zazzle.
At this point in time, I have 6 designs that come in a variety of products such as mugs, sweaters, notebooks, etc.
They are perfect for travel bloggers and inspiring girl bosses.
Creating all of the above products, I have become well acquainted with Canva.
One thing led to another and I have decided to offer Canva designing services as well.
They are specifically targeted towards travel bloggers and content creators.
I have 3 different packages: Pinterest Pin Design, Social Media Design as well as Logo & Brand Identity.
I am looking forward to being able to help other travel bloggers and entrepreneurs with creating their social media graphics and other images on Canva.

My Favourite Travel Destinations
My favourite destination by a long shot is Italy. I absolutely love Rome with its stunning architecture, art and mesmerizing history. I love everything about Rome – the Colosseum, the Forum, the Trevi Fountain and of course the food.
Also, I love Ireland and the people there, we explored Dublin and the stunning countryside. We fell in love with the country and would certainly be back one day.
Another favorite destination is the Caribbean, due to its proximity and reasonable prices as well as the beautiful beaches, we visit it often. We love Mexico, Panama, the Dominican Republic etc.
Recently, we visited Jordan and Egypt and we absolutely loved all the ancient wonders, from strolling the red streets of Petra to climbing the mesmerizing Great Pyramid of Giza, both places have a special place in our hearts.
Why You Should Listen To Me
You are probably wondering “Why listen to this mysterious unicorn”.
Well, I have had the chance to travel extensively and have had a lot of experiences around the world.
Also, I have done many different travel styles – solo, as a couple, with a friend, a large friend group, with an organized tour etc.
I have done budget as well as luxury vacations, extensive trips and short ones, backpacking, hiking, staying in hostels, sleeping in overnight trains and so on.
In addition, I have stayed in all-inclusive resorts, completely had 0 things planned and had flights and plans changed or booked last min.
Therefore, I believe I have the expertise to share my travels in this travel blog.
I have been blogging for 4+ years and my mission is to provide the best quality content to you guys.
