The Box

The box was so cute, the color of it was teal and on the inside, there was a pink design with the words Thank You.

There was teal confetti at the bottom too which made the box looks festive.

The quality and design of the box alone spoke of the stunning treasures that were inside.

Also, all of the products inside were packaged with so much care and detail.

When you first open it, you will find a Greetings Card.

All the goodies were wrapped in beautiful gift paper that was sealed with a Travelista sticker.

Opening the box makes you feel so excited to find out what is inside. 10/10 for design and packaging.

Lime Coconut Palm Candle by Lolitas Candle Co.

This candle was hand-poured in BC, Canada and it smells exactly what paradise would smell like.

It smells coconutty and it kind of reminds me of the smell of sunscreen.

Smelling it, instantly makes me crave a tropical vacation.

If you want a beach holiday in a jar this is the perfect candle for you.

Tropical Cookie Cutters by Sous Shop

There were two cookie cutters in the box – one was a palm tree and the other was a pineapple.

They felt pretty sturdy and of good quality.

We do actually bake a lot of cookies and have all sorts of shapes so those will be a nice addition to our collection.

Flamingo Hanging Toiletry Bag (specially designed for the Travelista Box)

Flamingos are probably my second favorite after unicorns.

This is the perfect toiletry bag because it has a lot of pockets and space inside as well as a hook that you can use to hang the bag from the back of a door or the showerhead while you’re on vacation.

I am excited about it because I don’t have a toiletry bag that has a hook and it will definitely come in handy.

The design is cute and the material that it is made of seems to be of good quality.

‘’Meet me in Paradise’’ Novel by Libby Hubscher

This is probably the best book title for this Travelista Box.

It seems like the perfect novel to read on the beach – looks like an easy light read that you can enjoy while relaxing on a lounge chair.

I haven’t started reading it yet but the summary looks interesting.

“Meet me in paradise” Novel

The story is about a girl who has never traveled or experienced anything in her life.

Her sister eventually persuades her to go on a trip with her to a beach destination.

However, her sister misses the flight and the main character is forced to go on the trip alone (which is her worst fear).

However, she meets a guy who takes her sister’s seat on the plane and they become acquainted and spend some time together at their travel destination.

Wash and Wear Bag (specially designed for the Travelista Box)

This is a really cool idea!

It is perfect when you travel and need to separate your delicates.

On the right side, you can pack all of your clean underwear, bathing suits, bras, and then once you wear them, you can put them on the left side which is the wash section.

This is the Wash and Wear Bag

That way you can organize them and know which ones are clean and which ones are not.

I am guilty of throwing things in my luggage, sometimes not being sure whether they’re clean or not.

Once you come back from your trip, dump the wash section into your laundry machine and you are done.

Flight Elixir by FlightFud

I am excited to try this product! FlightFud is a Canadian women-owned company.

All you need to do is bring a pouch with you on the flight.

Dump it into your water bottle (one pack into 8-16oz of water) and drink it throughout your flight.

It is supposed to help your body deal with cosmic radiation, dehydration, impaired circulation, jet lag, etc.

Also, it provides a boost to your immune system. It is vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO.

There are eight packages inside and the flavor is strawberry-lemon.

Some of the ingredients are papaya, goji berries, tart cherries which naturally help with the above issues.

Turkish Hand-Woven Towel by IST Textile

The colors of the towel match perfectly with the box and the theme.

It is handmade out of cotton, it is easy to roll up and dry.

The towel is pre-washed and soft.

Could be used outdoors or indoors, but personally, I think it’s perfect to lay down on a beach if you don’t have a lounge chair.

The design is cute and it will definitely come in handy (as we live close to a beach, not a tropical one but still).

Other Stuff in the Travelista Box

You will get a little folder (Your Travel Documents) where you will find a short guide that included a paradise crossword, an interview with an Air Canada pilot as well as 11 tropical vacations list.

There is also a little booklet that goes through all the products that are included in the box as well as their price and website/social media.

Your Travel Documents, booklet, folder
These were the contents of the folder

There is a short paragraph for each product that explains what is the story behind the brand, how to use the products, etc.

Another thing you will find inside is a handwritten thank-you card by Ansley herself.

At the back of the folder, there is a travel bingo game that looks fun.

Conclusion: Travelista Subscription Box Review

Overall, I was really impressed with the design of the box, the high quality of the products, and the impeccable intention to detail.

This box is a perfect gift for the travel lover that includes interesting, useful, and high-quality products.

Also, it is the first travel subscription box in Canada.
